Skype call & text verification

Whether by voice, text, or both, online user verification for Skype is a necessity these days. With your Blacktel you can verify yourself in Skype and create a second accounts or use multiple accounts at the same time in Skype.

How do I best verify in Skype?

1. Open Skype and start to create an account.
2. Sign in to your Blacktel and add a dedicated phone number. Make sure your Blacktel is active and you can receive a call or text message with your number.
   Do not use the App and the Browser at the same time to receive verification calls.
3. If you not receive a confirmation text message from Skype, please try again with a call. It can also be that Skype automatically tries to call you on further attempts.
4. You will receive a code via SMS or get a call to the phone number you entered in Skype and activated in your Blacktel. If you get a call it is best to write down your confirmation code.

5. Finished! Use the code you received in your Blacktel to verify yourself with Skype create an account.

How many Skype accounts can I create?

In general there is no upper limit. You can use each virtual number for different accounts and as many verifications as you want. Depending on your Blacktel level, you can add a certain number of dedicated virtual phone numbers.

Can I delete my number after Skype verification?

We strongly recommend that you keep your phone number active in Blacktel!

If your number is no longer active in Blacktel, you can lose the access to Skype at any time. We recommend to add the "subscription" plan do your numbers, so that Blacktel automatically renews it every month. Please be aware that you always need enough credits in your account, otherwise your dedicated phone number will still be deleted and you may lose your created accounts and accesses.
