Free Phone uses shared promotional credit for eligible use instead of your personal balance. It is not unlimited or guaranteed; available credit, rates, quotas and service restrictions apply.

How does the shared wallet work?

What happens when the wallet has insufficient credit?

The shared Free Phone wallet currently has no available credit. Outbound calls and messages cannot be started until credit is available.

Which destinations are supported?

There is no guaranteed worldwide destination list. Support depends on the selected service, current provider routing, applicable rates and available shared numbers.

Are incoming messages private?

Can I receive calls?

Shared Free Phone numbers are not offered as private incoming-call numbers. To receive calls privately, add a compatible dedicated virtual phone number and configure it in your account.
