Which payments earn rewards?
Earn 10% of eligible credits purchased during the first 30 days after a new customer’s first qualifying payment, up to 1,000 credits in total per customer. Only confirmed external EUR payments qualify. Tax, promotional credits, vouchers, internal transfers and app-store receipts do not earn rewards.
How do I request Blacktel credits?
For Blacktel credits, request a transfer when at least 1,000 credits are ready. Each request includes up to 100 rewards. The team reviews the payments before adding approved credits to this account. Credits already added to your Blacktel balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
How are referrals recorded?
The first valid referral is remembered for 30 days when the visitor allows referral cookies. An optional code can be entered at signup. Attribution cannot be changed after registration.
What if a payment is refunded?
Refunds, chargebacks and invalid payments cancel related rewards. Released rewards can create recovery against future earnings. The standard release limit is 50,000 credits per rolling 30 days; the team may set a different limit for an individual partner.
Which referrals are excluded?
Only genuinely new customers qualify. Self-referrals, accounts you control, artificial payments and attempts to recycle rewards are prohibited. There are no rewards for visits, signups alone or referrals made by your referrals. Abuse can lead to rejected rewards or suspension.
These earning terms apply to new referrals. Earlier referrals keep their agreed rate, cap and earning window. Earned rewards keep their recorded amount and hold date. Transfer requests use the current minimum and review limits.
